ASSISTANT PROFESSOR @SCARB
ABOUT ME
I am a biologist by training. My motivation for becoming a biologist was an early fascination of the natural world, particularly wildlife in exotic and remote parts of the world. During my undergrad years I found out that many of the most interesting questions about wildlife biology can only be answered by genetic analyses. These days I mostly work on NGS data to answer some of these biological questions. But I still get to go on field work in Africa occasionally.

I live in Copenhagen with my partner Sara and our two kids Alfred and Silje.

I am currently employed as an assistant professor on a Villum Foundation Young Investigator grant.
